Hi! everyone, I am new here, and I am facing the issue, and unable to use API Keys, because, it saying only team owner and developer can access this or use the API key, Can anyone please help me please?

Did you create the account yourself or did you join another person’s org or team (or if they invited you)? If they invited you only they’re able to create an API key. If you created your account and your own org, could you please email me your org ID (you can find it here: https://console.groq.com/settings/organization) at jzheng@groq.com

Everytime I try to log In this issue I have to face this issue

 

I’m looking into this, will email you some questions.

Could you try a few things:

  1. Log out of all devices and clear cache / hard refresh  
  2. Sign out and back in again using incognito mode and/or a different browser
  3. Turn off any VPN or tunneling software (eg Cloudflare Warp, etc)
  4. Try turning off ad blockers as they might block required JS

 Please let me know if any of those works
