Hey Shalini, That message usually means your account was restricted due to a possible violation of Groq’s terms, but sometimes it can happen by mistake. The best thing to do is click the “Questions?” button in the top navigation and reach out to their support team—just let them know what happened, and they should be able to take a closer look and help sort it out.

Sometimes an organization can get flagged and locked for technical reasons, for example if our systems detect that an API key was exposed. Please send an email to support@groq.com to get it unlocked.
As ​​​​@jhonnmick mentioned, you can also click on the Top Right > Chat with us > Send us a Message — and you’ll reach one of our support staff who can look into your account.
