Yes, Groq supports models capable of function calling, also known as tool use.

Tool use is a powerful feature that allows models to interact with external resources, such as APIs, databases, and the web, to gather dynamic data they wouldn't otherwise have access to in their pre-trained (or static) state to perform actions beyond simple text generation.
