I live in Palo Alto, CA, surrounded by 
🧑‍ I work on products like this forum, but also our Groq documentation, cookbooks, and I build demos and products on top of Groq! (and sometimes not on Groq 🤫)

🧑‍ I spent the last few years in microbiology and biotech, and I’ve been prototyping tools for researchers. Think: multi-lingual pubmed search, and summarization tools that read papers aloud.

When I’m not working at Groq, you can prob find me at an AI hackathon around SF

I’m based in Toronto

I’m passionate about building lean, elegant AI tools, and Groq’s dev experience is a total game-changer. It’s smooth, intuitive, and so much fun, letting me focus on creating without getting bogged down by the usual tech headaches. It’s honestly a developer’s dream!

As an Electrical Engineer with a hardcore focus on PCB hardware design, I’ve naturally ventured into firmware, API development, and software dev. With recent LLM advancements, I’m finally wrapping my head around frontend dev too—pretty exciting stuff!

️ Massive shoutout to the Groq team for patiently handling our endless questions and nagging—you’re the real MVPs! I’m pumped to help test, debug, or solve any challenges that come up.

When I’m not coding, you’ll find me outdoors hiking or working on mobility and flexibility. My big goal this year is to nail a 5-second front lever—I’m currently at about 0.5 seconds, so wish me luck!

A little bit about me:

I’m based on the East Coast 
🧑‍ I mainly focus on and am extremely passionate about AI education, open-source, and community. My goal is to not only make Groq API insanely simple to use, but to nerd out about the latest and greatest in tech. I established our first developer community on Discord and scaled it to 22K+ members, created our Groq API Cookbook repository to bring you all tutorials (check it out here), organized virtual and in-person talks/events, built up our Groq API documentation and other resources, and more. 

🧑‍ Currently working on scaling DevRel @ Groq and making sure you all have the best experience ever - from docs to demos to getting the features you care about the most on our roadmap, I’m here for you!

When I’m not building, I’m traveling and tasting coffee all around the world, lifting heavy weights, and trying new hobbies that don’t last long (jack of all trades, master of none… but as someone wise once reminded me, better than being a master of one).

About me:

​​​​​​🥨 I'm based in Munich, Germany.

🧑‍ I am passionate about software and hardware ever since I was a little kid. Until recently I was a student of Computer Science & Design at the Munich Center for Digital Sciences and AI. Now I am focusing on sharpening my understanding of generative AI models and their different use-cases and applications across different Industries, building small demos and solutions and making new friends.
 

🧑‍ I believe in specialized agentic solutions being the next step for this industry so I have been experimenting with different fine-tuning techniques and RAG pipelines trying my best at specializing foundation models to a domain specific task, or custom data use-case. Right now I am working on trying to mimic human conversational memory by using clever context management strategies and on-demand search.

When I am not building anything I am either dreaming about software architecture or elegantly swinging my soldering iron around to build some small electronics. When I need a break I press buttons and watch my 3d printer go brrr… ️. Of course I also have a life outside of computers and tech . I promise I touch grass occasionally, do wheelchair sports and attend japanese language classes.

I'm Mojtaba (you can find me as @S4mpl3r on X/Discord). I’m an AI engineer, and in my free time I dive deep into all things LLMs—whether that’s prototyping, testing, or just tinkering with Python projects for fun.

Outside of work, I love video games and movies.
If I’m not working, I’m probably building something in Python.
