Did you create the account yourself or did you join another person’s org or team (or if they invited you)? If they invited you only they’re able to create an API key. If you created your account and your own org, could you please email me your org ID (you can find it here: https://console.groq.com/settings/organization) at jzheng@groq.com

Everytime I try to log In this issue I have to face this issue

I’m looking into this, will email you some questions.

Could you try a few things:

  1. Log out of all devices and clear cache / hard refresh
  2. Sign out and back in again using incognito mode and/or a different browser
  3. Turn off any VPN or tunneling software (eg Cloudflare Warp, etc)
  4. Try turning off ad blockers as they might block required JS

Please let me know if any of those works

I'm having the exact same problem as Noah. I can't generate an API, and it won't let me join any organizations. I'd appreciate some help.

I still can't create an API, I can't join a team, and I don't have a developer profile. I'd like some help with that, please.

We’ve seen a few reports like this but we’ve hard a hard time diagnosing the root cause; could you please tell us your browser/OS/country, and how and when you initially created the account?

I created my account two days ago (Wednesday around 9:00 PM). At that time, I created another account because I couldn't generate an API. I also tried using incognito mode and following some tutorials, but it didn't work. Yesterday (Friday around 5:00 PM), I tried logging in with the same account on a different laptop, and it worked.

  • Browser: Google Chrome (both devices)
  • OS: Windows (both devices)
  • Country: Indonesia
  • How I created the account: Using Google account
