The new compound model that uses GPT-OSS seems to be able to carry out web searches. However, in its responses, it says it cannot do web searches. This is confusing, any recommendations on how to fix it?

It’s still using the web search tool and is searching properly, but it failed in getting the full content from a site, and thus responded with that.
