Sorry to air my dirty laundry in this forum, but I couldn’t find an support email to use for this issue.
I am trying to upgrade to the Developer Tier and I am getting “Error processing subscription upgrade. Please try again or contact support.”
Additionally, I’m getting an error on https://console.groq.com/home: “Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).”

Sometimes this happens when Cloudflare gets selectively block-happy for certain IP ranges, or sometimes if you have scripts like ad blockers running.
If you’re able to reproduce, could you go to the network tab and attach the HAR file when you send to Support? They should be able to trace down the error.
