Using the console on iOS - not able to upload images on iPhone

I’ve been trying to upload a photo using the console/playground on Chrome on an iPhone 14 iOS 18.5. I click selected Llama 4 Scout, clicked on the image icon and selected an image. After clicking add, I added a question to the User message. Scout responded as if it was expecting an image and there was none attached. I tried Safari also - allowed me to select the image and “Add” it, but the image never shows up.

Here is where I’m adding the image:

Any suggestions? Is there a permission issue that allows me to select an image, but doesn’t allow the image to be uploaded?
