Right now, region-specific API endpoints and pinning to a particular data center are Enterprise only features. If you have an Enterprise plan, you can work with the team to get set up so your requests are routed to a specific region or data center.
For everyone else on the Free or Developer tiers, you use the standard global API endpoints, there isn’t a way to select a region endpoint just yet.
