Pinning to a specific Region / DataCenter

Hi,
I see in this topic, a response says:
`Pinning to a data center is only an Enterprise feature, for now!`

However, I can’t find any clear docs about how this is technically possible for Enterprise usage, is there a separate docs for Enterprise? Is it done via a different url, extra header, or a body parameter?

Also, how can I find all possible regions/data centers?
